
A Little Bit About Me
Hi, I'm Kasia,

I started working as a personal trainer in 2014. Spending time in the gym made me realise how much women struggle with body image—and how hard it can be to find the time to prioritise our own health.
In 2018, I opened a gym with my friend. After six years of running it together, I knew I wanted to support women on a deeper level than just training. I began studying health coaching, behaviour change psychology, nutrition, and menopause coaching to truly understand the complexities of women's health. And here I am.

After a decade of coaching women, one thing is clear: our health is complex. We all face challenges, but through support, we can become stronger, braver, and more confident—without fear of living true to ourselves.

My mission is to give women the time and space they crave.

To remind them that physical, mental, and emotional health are all connected.

To show them that self-care looks different for everyone—there is no one-size-fits-all.

To prove that self-care isn’t selfish; we can care for ourselves and those we love at the same time.

To emphasise that self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s necessary. Only when we prioritise ourselves and create a life we love can we truly honour who we are and make the most of our time on this earth.
